Drywall Project Manager

A well-established interior specialty contractor with a growing Southeast footprint is adding a Project Manager to its Greenville, SC office. The company runs commercial work across healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality, weighted toward new construction with some renovation. This is a self-perform specialty contractor — not a general contractor — and the role owns interior framing and drywall projects end to end. For an experienced commercial PM who wants autonomy, strong comp, and a real career path inside a low-turnover, expanding company, this is worth a conversation.

• Anticipated $105,000–$125,000, based on experience
• Bonus eligible — based on project and company performance

Overview:

• Manage commercial interior framing and drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Hold budgets and schedules across multiple active projects at once
• Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material flowing to the floor
• Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings
• Catch quality misses before the owner does, and keep subs positioned to succeed
• Report to regional office leadership

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Cold-formed metal framing (CFMF) and non-structural metal framing experience — required
• 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience — required
• Specialty contractor / self-perform background — general contractor-only experience will not be considered
• Commercial construction PM background — healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality preferred
• Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
• Interest in future growth as the office expands
